6FPS is out: V7#10: Oregon Coast

6FPS (Six Frames Per Second) is my monthly newsletter that is the best way to stay in touch with what I’m doing. In each issue of 6FPS you can hear about what I’m doing and learn about interesting things that I’ve found. You can expect a diverse set of items about birds and birding, photography, the environment and the green spaces in and around our cities, the internet and technology, and whatever else happens to catch my attention that I want to share.

There are also articles and special surprises written for and available only to subscribers. This newsletter is published once a month on the 2nd Monday of every month. It is free, with no strings attached. All you need to give me is your email address in the box below, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Each issue will have one or two original pieces not published elsewhere, along with links to all of the other content I've created.

The goal of 6FPS is to share the kind of things we’d be talking about if we were able to sit down for coffee together every month.

New issue now available: Oregon Coast

In This Issue

I talk about the trip I took on the Oregon Coast, staying in Newport and Astoria, but exploring from Florence in the South to Tokeland (WA) up north, where I spent some quality time with a couple of Bar-Tailed Godwits (lifers!)

I also takl about my initial thoughts on the Xos 26 releases from Apple, and overall, they are pretty nice and pretty stable, and I’m not minding the Liquid Glass design refresh at all.
